GetSettingsHeaderSize function
The GetSettingsHeaderSize function will return the size of the header that can be send using the function SendSettingsHeader.Syntax

__in ProtocolSession *psess,
__in ClientSession *sess,
__in int flags
);
Parameters
psess [in] A pointer to a ProtocolSession structure. This is a session assigned to a protocol at the moment it's loaded into the memory.
sess [in] A pointer to a ClientSession structure. This is a session assigned to a new connection. This connection has been created by a type PT_RECEIVER protocol.
flags [in] This parameter can be zero or a combination of the following values.

HEADER_TOP 0x1 | The function will have effect on the top of the header

HEADER_BOTTOM 0x2 | The function will have effect on the bottom of the header
|
Return value
The function returns an integer wich is the size of the top, bottom or both of the header(s) that can be send by using
SendSettingsHeader.
